Issue #44
The cover car this issue is Rob Radcliffe’s incredible chopped ’50 Ford custom. Rob’s Ford was built to look like it could have rolled out of the Barris Kustom Shop in 1953. Attention to period details and years of hard work paid off in the form of a very traditional sled. We’ve got the exclusive on Rob’s kustom, so check it out!
Also, this issue we have two “overseas” kustoms. Starting in Oslo, Norway, we have Sondre Kvipt’s tribute to Jerry Devito’s wild ’57 Ford called “The Maze.” Sondre based his version on a Ranchero body, and with the help of his brother, recreated the crazy paint job Jerry had on his hardtop. It’ll make your head spin – in a good way!
Next is Jason and Roxy Taranto’s mild ’56 Ford Victoria. This cool cruiser was built in the USA and now resides in Melbourne, Australia. Wait till you see the picture of Roxy smoking the tires off of it!
Lucky 7 customs in Sacramento, California, turns out some of the cleanest and most tasteful cars you will ever see. This issue features Robert Gallery’s gorgeous ’54 Cadillac in a stunning copper pearl. It has to be seen to be believed!
Issue #44 features a huge article on one of the greatest custom car shows in the world. I’m talking about none other than West Coast Kustoms’ Cruisin’ Nationals in Santa Maria. We fill ten pages with nothing but cool customs ...cruisin’ Broadway and parked at the fairgrounds! Next up, we highlight only the kustoms at this year’s Cavalcade of Customs in Detroit, Michigan, and for you scale auto model folks, we even have a quick overview of the NNL East show held in New Jersey this past April. Another great issue of 100% Kustom!
